How to Book a Room

To book rooms, please take time to look at the photographs and descriptions of the rooms and then call or email us so that we can check availability and offer you the best prices. Please let us know any special requirements such as mobility. We are happy to answer any queries you may have.

Terms and Conditions:

In the unfortunate event of having to cancel your booking, a notice of 48 hours is required otherwise full payment of the first nights accommodation will be required.

Check-in from 4 pm to 9.30 pm. Please discuss with us if you need to check in earlier or later. 
The latest check-out is 10.30 on the day of departure

Walcot House operates a strictly non-smoking policy.

Payments can be made by cash, BACS or by debit/credit cards, unfortunately we are unable to accept American Express. We do not take a deposit but when booking, we will ask for credit or debit card details to secure the room.
